The single explores themes of self-reflection, anxiety, narcissism, and the struggle to break free from destructive cycles, resonating with listeners navigating their own battles beneath the surface.

The release features an all-star creative team, with songwriting contributions from Justin DeBlieck, Ryan Sitkowski, Andrew Tkaczyk, Storm Ruby, Timmy Taylor, Christian Kwitkowski, Anthony Estes, and Chris Kassien.
